After you add an identity, you can use it to send emails (using a different address) with your primary email account.

Workspace Webmail lets you email groups of contacts using distribution lists. This lets you send emails to the same groups of people easily, instead of adding them as individual recipients when composing messages.

Email forwarding credits are no longer included with a domain purchase. You can redeem existing credits to create forwarding email addresses. This lets you forward your emails to another email account.

Setting up an automatic reply to everyone who emails you is a great way to keep your customers, and colleagues informed if you are on vacation, or out of the office for a bit.

As the Workspace Email admin, you can reset user passwords in the Workspace Control Center (including your own).
